“Learning Music in a Fun Environment”

I have been teaching piano lessons for 20 years in the Anchorage area, and currently teach weekly piano lessons at my studio in the U-Med district. I have a B. A. in Classical Piano, M. Ed. in special education music and Master of Arts in teaching. I teach many styles of music including Classical, Jazz, Blues, Improvisation, Pop, Ragtime, Country, Americana, and Folk styles on the piano. My goal is to get you and your children playing music and having fun together. Laying a strong foundation, appreciation, and understanding of music that will benefit you for the rest of your life. Lessons are weekly, and taught in private. I tailor each lesson to the students interest and needs.

All ages and levels are welcome. Weekly lessons are $35 per 30 min, $50 per 45 min, and $60 per hour. Discounts are available for families with more than one student enrolled. Enrollment is by the by the semester, Spring, Summer and Fall. Payment is by the semester or every two months and due the first week of the month billed.
